Dmitri Mendeleev Mendeleev was a Russian chemist and was the primary creator of the first version of the Periodic Table of Elements. He studied different elements and found there origin and also predicted some of the elements that had not been found yet. He organized all of the elements on the Periodic Table of Elements by there atomic weight and similar properties. Mendeleev was born in Siberia in 1834 and died in St. Petersburg in 1907. He was one of the best teachers of his time.
